The telephone works perfectly, but messages from the answering machine do not arrive and can only be partially listened to via the voicebox telephone number. What could be the reason for this? Remote access should actually be deactivated? It seems that the messages are still not being sent to the base station and the mobile device and instead end up somewhere else.
Unfortunately I don't use this function on the phone, so I can't answer. This phone works quite well, and above all it's one of the few on the market to have a cord for the base handset. On the downside, the answering machine messages don't flow very well, and the icons on the control buttons aren't very easy to understand (for example, where to press to find the last number that called and how to call that number back). Otherwise it's a good product.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with that. I do not use this function.
