There are many threads on the net (Reddit) about clicking noises. Many of them still have a high-frequency "ping" (like a spring) as a reverberation instead of just the mechanical click. I would find this noise very annoying. Is this "ping" effectively present or are these faulty units and could be exchanged? For an example see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/G502MasterRace/comments/xp1zua/g502_x_horrible_switch_sound/

Personally I feel like my mouse click is the same as the one on reddit but it never bothered me and I never paid attention to it, during use it is very similar to the click of the G502 from before.

The most unpleasant thing is the scroll wheel, the repeated scrolling sensation is horrible and makes it a very bad mouse for long scrolling, unlike the first G02.

I can't understand the criticism of clicking at all. This mouse is so buttery smooth and the trigger is so gentle that, and I've said this before, you almost don't notice that you're pulling the trigger. If the mouse didn't click, you wouldn't feel the trigger point at all. Scrolling is no problem at all. In the settings you can also adjust how fast the mouse scrolls.
