They said the console would be available again on 23.11.21. At 00:00 no console could be added to the shopping cart. I waited for an hour until 01:00 and updated every second. Suddenly all the consoles were gone. I called Digitec as soon as the shop opened at 10:00 and was told that the consoles had not been sold during the night, but that they were all still in stock and would go online during the course of the day. I couldn't reserve a console, although I called and got confirmation that the consoles were in stock. What is this? Until 14:00 I was updating all the time, hoping to order a console, unfortunately no luck. At 15:00 I went to the Digitec store in Basel in person. There I explained the situation again. First they said that the consoles had already been sold on 22.11.21, then I referred to the telephone conversation, where they said that the consoles had gone online today at 13:00, which can't be because I was always updating. I was also told on site that I couldn't pre-book any consoles, even though they were due to arrive soon or were already here. I don't think it's right how they treat their customers. Good luck getting a console and keep your hands off the overpriced offers on Ricardo etc.
