This version is bound to the hardware - right? On the one hand it clearly says OEM, on the other hand it was claimed here that it is a transferable licence (retail). According to my research, however, this is incorrect. As far as I have found out, it is an OEM (hardware-bound) DSP (without support) SB (self-builder) licence. So you can transfer it exactly once to a new mainboard via a Windows account and that's it.
