To connect my smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, I always have to unplug the power cord first and then plug it back in. Otherwise it does not work. What can I do?

I had this problem a long time ago. After a software update, everything ran smoothly. I can only recommend your 580.

I cannot answer the question because I do not use my smartphone and tablet in connection with the Digitradio 580. Otherwise, my wife is very satisfied with the device.
