I think it really depends on what you do. I've never done a heavyrendering session, but for example with the Ryzen 3900 the temperature in idle mode (i.e. when I only have a Word document open) is around 39 degrees, when I load the new Flight Simulator we're already at around 40-55 degrees. I myself have never seen temperatures above 70 degrees, even when I clock it a little higher (4.3 GHz).
I can't say whether it fits in the case, but I think it should actually fit in any ATX case where there is room for two fans either at the top or at the front.
I am satisfied with the product.
