I also have two and have no problems with them. Paired once and it has held ever since.  Just check that the reciver switch has not been activated.

I have 2 of them and have not experienced this problem with the AirPods.

I cannot reproduce this problem. The pairing to my Bose headphones held during the entire flight from Zurich to Los Angeles. Is it a problem with your headphones that they keep trying to pair with another device?
