Unfortunately, the loudspeaker does not work for me. Does anyone know the problem? Neither via HDMI nor via DP or AUX connection. In addition, the picture is displayed approx. 1 cm black at the top and sides. So the entire surface is not being used.

As far as I know, it has no speakers at all.
The picture is discussed on various sites, unfortunately that is the case. (see comment joel_noetzli ~2years ago).
