Until now, I have avoided the subject because I wear glasses. But now they have become quite affordable and you could have a look. How do I do that with my glasses?

I tried out the "Oculus Quest 2" for a few weeks (via Oculus directly, at least you can return it there).
The package contains a so-called "spacer" that you can attach to the VR glasses so that your lenses don't scratch the VR glasses. Basically, this is a good idea, but with larger glasses, it's mainly the blinking angle that's a problem, e.g. corners become blurred and the VR glasses keep slipping from the "perfect" position. That's why I sent the glasses back to Oculus.

However, as far as I know, there is a company that adapts these VR glasses (or lenses) to your visual acuity, which you can then easily install in your Oculus, but it costs quite a lot of shipping: https://www.vr-wave.store/products... But I haven't had any experience with this yet.

Conclusion:
I can't really recommend the VR glasses for large/larger glasses, but they should work for smaller glasses.
