Question about Dell WD19

We are looking for a docking station for the company that is compatible across brands, e.g. LENOVO, HP, Dell. All devices have USB C or Tjunderbolt. The notebook must be charged via the docking station, have RJ45 gigabit, be able to connect at least 3 monitors via DP, HDMI and ideally be able to be switched on via dpcking. Of course, it must have a few USB ports. Can you recommend these or something else?

According to the description, only 2 displays can be connected. Even though it is only 2x24" it is only a USB-C, not a real Thunderbolt, only max. 10MBits or so.

Dell WD19 USB Type-C supports only 2 monitors.
