Question about Jabra Engage 65 Stereo

We replaced our jabra engage 65 mono with the Jabra Engage 65 Stereo after a defect. Either we are doing something wrong, but we can't manage to answer or end the calls directly on the headset. It always needs an action on the base station or on the connected yealink phone. With Mono this worked without any problems. Who knows a solution?

I have a Jabra Engage 65 Stereo in my office and I am fully satisfied. Answering calls by pressing the button on the headset works perfectly.
Check the settings, carry out a software update (connect the USB cable to the computer and install Jabra Direct) or if you have a lot of Dect phones in use, then the transmission power must be increased slightly (Device Settings/Base/DECT environment-->Dense).
