I use the headphones in a rather small office, but with noisy colleagues. (We listen to music, talk a lot and loudly). Making calls with the Plantronics in Skype for Business is absolutely fun. My conversation partners only hear me. The microphones are so well aligned that the ambient noise is successfully muffled to a minimum.

I would recommend the headphones again and again.
