What are the experiences with connecting via USB-C? For me, this works neither with an HP Elite Book 840G5 nor with a Lenovo Yoga C960. I can rule out cables. Both notebooks run smoothly on an HP Z27ug3. In my case, the Dell only acts as a USB hub and does not find a video signal on the USB-C. I'm not sure if this is a defect or an incompatibility that I overlooked.

Hi, I have a desktop and Dell XPS13 9360 on the screen. In my case, you can set whether it should now recognise DP or USB-C or automatically the video signal. Check the settings to see what is used for this. Hope I could help
