The designation "DE version" means that the device is intended for the German market, which usually refers to the packaging, the language of the instructions or regional specifications, but not to the technical compatibility. The Repeater HX is generally compatible with Gigaset DECT/CAT-iq base stations and routers, provided they support the new ETSI Repeater Standard (ETS300700 V2.1.1).
Whether the Repeater HX (DE version) works with Gigaset telephones from Swisscom depends on whether your Swisscom box (e.g. Internet Box 2, 3, standard, plus or Centro Business 2.0 from firmware 9.04.02) supports this standard. The Internet-Box light is not supported. Compatibility is therefore not dependent on the "DE version", but on the router used and its software version.
If you are unsure, it is best to check the compatibility of your router with the HX repeater directly on the Gigaset website or contact Swisscom support for your specific model.
