What does the appendix /ZG mean? Is this the reason for the price reduction compared to Q995GF?

Yes, Ritchie has already given a good answer. When I bought it, the salesman explained that it's just the Swiss German version. But the product remains the same.

Thank you very much. I would never have thought of that on my own.

"ZG" is a regional/sales-related suffix in the model code - for Samsung, it indicates the market (e.g. certain countries or sales regions) for which the device is intended, including compatible power supply units, legal requirements or country-specific services.
In this case, Zone Germany. Purchasing in this region may also result in a more favourable price. For example, my packaging included adverts/vouchers for German streaming plans. That would also explain the Made for Germany banner on the product images here.
