as far as i can see, both have a homebase.
the great thing about eufy is that you don't need a subscription or anything like that. put an sd card in the homebase, then create an account and you can access your cams. since we don't have any power lines, it's great with batteries in the cams. they also last a really long time (depending on how often the cams record). i can really recommend the system (we've been using it for 3 years). hope that helps.

As far as I can see, there is no difference. The story with "memory card" or "local network" is not relevant. The Homebase saves the recordings, so you as a user don't need to be interested. I have many Eufy products, including the 3+1 kit. Plug it in, configure it briefly and off you go. Prices have many influences, take advantage of them when it's in our favour!
