What is the difference between 32, 80 and 250 ohms?

For recordings with the iPad, I therefore chose 80 ohms.

Ohm is, as you know, the resistance. This means that the 250 Ohm version needs more power to produce the sound. This means that they are best suited for studios with audio interfaces. For normal everyday use, I would recommend the 80 Ohm.
