What is the difference between the Noctua NH-D15 Chromax and Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black CPU cooler? Only that there is one more fan, or? The brackets for the fans are supposed to be included for two fans?

Based on this picture of a review, I would say that the NH-D15S only comes with one pair of brackets:

Personally, I think this is only logical on the part of the manufacturer. If you want to have the possibility to mount two fans, Noctua will surely refer you to the NH-D15 :)
