What is the difference between this receiver and this one: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/logitech-unifying-empfaenger-maus-tastatur-zubehoer-13849270? Which one works for my K750 keyboard?

I asked myself the same question at the time. I haven't found any clear answers, but both work. The one in the link is much smaller. The other one is quite far out (maybe it has a better range, etc.).
