I have just ordered one of each and the current situation (ordered 17.02.2020) is as follows:

- The dimensions and all technical features are completely identical.

- The business version is completely black.
- In the non-business version, the lower half of the case is dark grey instead of black.

- The packaging of the business version is a simple brown, unprinted cardboard box.
- In the non-business version, the cardboard is "smooth" and completely printed.

No idea, to be honest. Run comparison list, the price is slightly different, and the dimensions are different (but I can't imagine this to the best of my knowledge).
