What is the difference with this docking station?..: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hp-g2-displayport-vga-120w-thunderbolt-usb-typ-c-usb-a-dockingstation-12574869 I don't see any difference here. They are also both 120W....

Well, digitec is once again making a mess of the specifications. Actually, both also have (almost) the same manufacturer's number 2UK37AA(#UUZ). One item is missing the # suffix. Some of the specifications are also incomplete, e.g. in the case of the cheaper item, the VGA specification is missing under video connections, although it is clearly visible in the picture, or the picture is wrong?

I myself bought the cheaper one, which according to the order confirmation has the digitec item number 9389800. when I physically look at it like this, I see that it has VGA and the HP P/N 2UK37AA#UUZ

To be sure, you need to contact digitec with your question.

PS: importantly, this docking station only has a USB-C plug for the connection to the notebook, so no combination cable, as is sometimes necessary with certain HP notebooks.
