What is the exact difference between the B825 and B825-M versions ? I want to use the head both at home (Skype on PC and Ipad) and in the office (Skype for Business). Primarily for private use.

Version M (Microsoft) is certified for Skype for Business and optimised for Microsoft Lync.

The standard version is for UC applications and softphones from Avaya, Cisco, Skype and more.

The functions are basically the same.
