If you have an account with Digitec, you can record the repair and send the device back to Digitec. They will forward it to the repair centre. Depending on the error / problem, I recommend contacting the Brother support team first (https://www.brother.ch/de-ch...). You have various options: Telephone, chat or contact form (after the auto-answer by the e-mail bot, simply write back again and attach any photos/documents).
