When a call comes in, can you hear it on the earpieces? The headset is for someone in production who is on the road a lot?

There is the option of outputting the ringtone in the headset, but you only hear it when actually wearing it. The range of the headset is good, but for production I would rather work with DECT phones, as there can be problems especially with multiple Bluetooth devices.
