Question about Sharkoon TG4 RGB
When I connect the fan leds, my PC no longer starts up. It starts up for about 2-3 seconds and then shuts down again all the time. However, when I unplug the Led power supply (Sata) it works again. Can it be that it is a misproduction?
Same experience. PC completely disassembled. Important 👉 the second time: built alone (without half-willing colleagues) and take your time step by step. Pay attention to every connection.

Maybe, but it could also be the mainboard or the power supply. A few ideas :
- Without the ventilation LEDs, does the PC run perfectly and is the power supply well dimensioned ?
- Does your mainboard have connectors for addressable LEDs (pinout 5V-D-coded-G or 5V-D-G) ? I use these, works great and the colours can be controlled via SW.
- If you connect the power via the Sata power cable you also have to connect a cable to the reset button, did you do that right? This also means that you don't make any connection from the reset button to the MB.
- What if you use a different Sata power connector & cable?
