Question about LG OLED77C17

When switching on, a message appears from time to time, which can only be confirmed with OK. "To ensure optimum picture quality, Ultra HD Deep Colour is activated for the current HDMI port. When applying the settings, it is possible that the picture and sound do not work properly. If the problem persists, cancel the setting or reload the connection to your external device." Great, there's no cancelling. I then have to turn everything off and on again. LG support advised me to reset everything. But that didn't help. I don't want to receive this prompt at all and have deactivated everything possible. Unfortunately without success. So I am of the opinion that the software has problems or is simply lousy. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello, I think you either have a problem with the HDMI cable or the connected device. I would first try a different HDMI cable. If this doesn't work and the connected device is OK, you can turn off HD Deep Colour in the TV's menu. Here is a guide in English: https://www.lg.com/ca_en...

I would like to add the solution to the problem. It was a software bug, which has since been solved by an update: https://youtu.be/GI-ebazGJ4...
