When talking on the phone, the headphones constantly make a funny noise. (even when no one is talking). It is unpleasant to talk on the phone. Can you help with this?

Is it possible that you have "Ambient Sound" switched on? Sometimes there are strange effects (like left-right differences, etc.). I have also switched off "Adaptive Sound Control".
