No frame was supplied. I subsequently ordered a frame in the colour light brown/oker from Galaxus, I couldn't find any other colour for 55".

Normally no removable frame is included, this is part of the current promotion.

When I bought it, I could have got a free soundbar with it.
It was similar. You have to register on the specified page after the purchase and find out everything else there.
