Why am I always offered same-day delivery and then it never works? I don't expect it at all, but it is offered, then you should do it. This has worked once out of 5 times so far. Now they don't even deliver on the following day. That would be ok, but then simply don't offer it and ensure transparency.

We provide provisional delivery dates in our webshop and are often dependent on the information provided by our suppliers, who can update their own data. Despite a high accuracy rate, delays or cancellations can unfortunately not be completely ruled out, even for products that are displayed as in stock. In your case, we were unable to meet the stock levels and delivery times, for which we sincerely apologise and thank you for your feedback.
