Why are my WhatsApp messages not being transmitted? Sometimes it works - then again it doesn't. I get the message:" Notification service is not activated. Phone needs to be restarted to re-enable notifications in your tracker." Have already done this several times - without success.

1. open the app
Tap on the Charge 3 in the top right-hand corner. 3.
3. under General, go to Messages
4. then go to Text Messages
5. switch on at the top
6. select Whatsapp as the default messaging app.
