Logitech apparently produces different versions of the M185 mouse, which may differ in small details, including Unifying or Non Unifying. The description can be found in Logitech's specifications (5 versions can be seen under USA, but not in Switzerland):

The description in Switzerland only shows a Unifying version. Probably slightly different versions are produced for different markets. In Switzerland, however, only one Unifying version should be on sale.
