Why buy from Digitec when Google's prices and promotions are the same? What's more, Google offers a 14-day right of return with a full refund! Even if used Digitec charges a return fee, don't they?

I wonder that too. and delivery is probably faster at Google Store. e.g.: Google Case as a gift at Digitec may make the offer different.
I order from Digitec. Mainly because of the additional service and "all-in-one-shop".

The only reason to buy from Galaxus IMHO is that you can resell the device more easily (with a fee of course). Platforms like anibis or ricardo seem to be full of scammers.
You get the gift with Google immediately and Google sells new directly in CH, which means no customs or VAT.
Especially as the delivery date has just been changed from 12.10 to 4.11 :/ I've just received an email from Digitec .... and I've cancelled my order to order directly from Google.
