Why is it taking so long for this product to arrive? I placed the order almost 3 months ago. Even if it is true that there was the note: "Pre-order without confirmed delivery date" one would expect the pre-order to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Especially when many other Swiss suppliers have these products in stock... If digitec really cared about loyal customers, it wouldn't keep them waiting for so long and contact other suppliers, since the current one clearly has delivery problems that are not related to the general availability of the product...

Galaxus' third-party suppliers aren't as well chosen as they used to be, it seems to me.

Galaxus used to have everything and cheaper. This is no longer the case.

Someone at Azone told me about a disappointed customer who waited a long time for a Denon and ended up going to them to get it straight away.
