will the new ROG Crosshair VIII Impact MoBo fit in here with a normal ATX power supply? or is that already too long, since it actually has a DTX form factor?

Yes, the Crosshair VIII impact fits in. Source, I have the nano s and the Crosshair viii impact in it.
I do have an SFX Powersupply, but an ATX with the longer mobo is also compatible.

The ATX definitely fits, I had a Corsair RM550x installed myself. I have no information about the MoBo.
