The Asus Maximus VII Ranger has an M.2/M-Key (PCIe 2.0 x2, 2280/2260) slot, so YES.

Should fit perfectly. An Intel m2 NVMe fits well on a board with an Intel chipset and m2 NVMe interface. Hopefully the board came with the right screw for mounting. This is not supplied with the SSD.
