Will this work with one QHD monitor on each HDMI port and one USB C port to charge the Macbook Pro as well as use both screens?

Hello,

Yes, your MacBook will charge. However, note that this docking station can deliver up to 65W. If your MacBook requires 85W or 96W of power, I would recommend a similar docking station - CADUAL4KDOCKPD - it can deliver 85W of power.
Both docking stations can display an extended image on both external monitors.
