Question about Microsoft Xbox Series X
Would it be possible for Digitec to set up an anti-system against order bots? At the last order date on 15.11.2021, the website was busy at exactly 00:00 and shortly afterwards there were no more Series X available... the next day some Scalpers offers appeared on Tutti.ch...
Unfortunately, there is still no petition in Switzerland to ban buy bots. My suggestions against scalpers:
- Use Permanent Maker to write the buyer's address in large letters on the original packaging.
- ID check
- Credit card check
- Check same addresses from different accounts
- compare addresses of scalpers on tutti etc. with Digitec addresses
- Check order archive
- Block Scalper accounts
