Would this water cooling be sufficient for an Intel i9 9900k processor?

I'm sorry, I'm not that familiar with the details.
But I can tell you the following. I use this cooling with a Ryzen 7 3700X and when I push it to its limits with Prime95 (load 95 - 100%), the temperature fluctuates between 60 and 70°C.
