Would this work with Arlo pro4 ? Why this hub and not the Smarthub add on?

Arlo has become awful. Their support has vanished. Thea are ending any support on some products. You now MUST take their cloud storage option.
My advice is to stay away from Arlo.
on many social media platforms their is now unhappiness with Arlo
