Question about Microsoft Xbox Series X
You have too little control over the distribution of the consoles on hand. As I learned from your support, all Xbox Series X of the delivery of 23.11.2021 went to ONE person. I am very disappointed with Galaxus and will not be purchasing any more electronic equipment from you in the future. It's exactly the same problem as with the Playstation 5. My friend bought 5 pcs and then sells them for 800Fr. I find it anything but correct and such people should get a strike from Galaxus. But so much for that.

Why doesn't Galaxus have a Ps5 Slim I heard it's better than the old Ps5 the Ps5 Slim has no technical problems when using it

However, we must clearly contradict your statement. No consoles were sold by us on 23.11, and certainly not all of them to one person. The release date was set in order to counteract the problems with bots and scalpers. The resulting confusion was of course unintentional, and we would like to apologise for this.
