Simply place the teether in the refrigerator until the liquid inside, which consists of distilled water, is sufficiently chilled. The teether massages the palate and gums, providing soothing pain relief through the cooling effect. Additionally, the stimulation of saliva production while chewing helps prevent cavities. To clean, rinse the teether with hot water. Please note that you should not place the teether in the freezer or heat it above 60 °C.
