A ventilated mattress is particularly important for your baby: it prevents unhealthy heat buildup, removes exhaled CO2, and allows the child to breathe freely. The quality rating is based on the design of the air channels and ventilation systems.

Mattress Cover: 4
All Träumeland covers are removable, washable at 60°C (exception: natural), and breathable. The quality rating depends on the type of cover and whether a lateral ventilation strip is integrated for even more breathability.

Mattress Core: 3
Depending on quality, a point-elastic core adapts perfectly to the body. It yields only where pressure is applied by the body to protect the spine. Too firm mattresses are not suitable for the soft bone structure of babies. Products with special foam receive more quality points due to their excellent properties compared to soft and cold foams.

DIN EN 16890: All marked Träumeland mattresses have been checked against the safety requirements of the European DIN standard EN16890:2017 and have passed. According to the current mattress standard, our mattresses feature a safety zipper without a pull tab, so the child cannot open the mattress cover. To open the closure, a temporary tool (e.g., a paperclip) must be used.
