The 75th anniversary of the University of Finance NRW is the occasion for this commemorative publication. The former State Finance School and University of Finance, headquartered at Schloss Nordkirchen, has been the established institution for training the next generation of graduate financial administrators for the tax administration in North Rhine-Westphalia since 1950. Under the editorship of Prof. Dr. Lars Micker, Prof. Dr. Carsten Pohl, and the head of the University of Finance NRW, Claudia Potthoff-Kowol, the work of the university is honored. Over 70 top experts reflect personally on the university and extensively address various aspects of the following topics in numerous expert contributions: balance sheet and corporate tax law, international tax law, procedural law, property transfer tax law, nonprofit law, as well as inheritance and gift tax law. This includes a variety of greetings, including those from the Minister of Finance of North Rhine-Westphalia, Dr. Marcus Optendrenk, the State Secretary of Finance of North Rhine-Westphalia, Dr. Dirk Günnewig, and the head of the University of Finance NRW, Claudia Potthoff-Kowol.
