Walter Sauer, born in 1942, teaches at the English Seminar of Heidelberg University. He has published numerous linguistic writings and dialect translations. Fritz Koch-Gotha (1877-1956) was one of the most renowned illustrators in Germany during the first half of the 20th century. After studying at the art academies in Leipzig and Karlsruhe, he lived as a freelance artist in Berlin from 1902, where he primarily created humorous press illustrations. Albert Sixtus, born in 1892 in Saxony, wrote adventure stories, fairy tales, and poems in the 1920s and 1930s. The author became most famous for 'Die Häschenschule' (The Bunny School) published in 1924. He died in 1960 in Jena.
