The academicization of nursing is a topic that has gained increasing relevance in recent years. More and more undergraduate nursing programs are being established at German universities, where students can earn a bachelor's degree in nursing alongside their vocational training through dual study programs. As a result, qualified nursing professionals are gradually entering the job market across the country. However, it is often still unclear what specific areas of activity the graduates of this innovative study model in Germany will occupy and how healthcare institutions can best utilize the qualifications of these graduates. For this reason, the present book addresses this very issue. Through guided interviews, the assessments of various expert groups were collected.
