Abuda, whose real name is Adaílson Pereira Coelho (March 28, 1986, in São Luís, Brazil), is a Brazilian football player (forward). Abuda began his career in the youth team of the Brazilian top club SC Corinthians Paulista. He played for VfL Wolfsburg starting in August 2005, wearing the number 16, but was never able to establish himself there. VfL wanted to terminate Abuda's contract, but the forward did not agree to this. In the summer of 2006, Abuda underwent a trial at the Dutch club Roda JC Kerkrade, where coach Huub Stevens recognized that Abuda is an outside player and does not fit into the concept. At the end of August 2006, the Brazilian was loaned to the Belgian club Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen. There, he wears the number 18 and has only made sporadic appearances so far.
