Adam Friedrich Oeser (February 17, 1717 in Pressburg; March 18, 1799 in Leipzig) was a painter and sculptor in Dresden and Leipzig. After a two-year apprenticeship in Pressburg with the painter E. F. Kamauf (1696-1749), Oeser moved to Vienna in 1730, where he worked on his artistic training under Jacob van Schuppen until 1739. From 1733 to 1735, he studied again in Pressburg with the sculptor and medallist Georg Raphael Donner (1693-1741). In 1739, Oeser left Vienna and went to Dresden, where he worked as a painter until 1756.
