Adam Werner von Heyden, Count of Cartlow (November 22, 1852 in Kartlow; January 4, 1888 there) was the district administrator of the Demmin district. Adam Werner von Heyden was the fourth son of Woldemar von Heyden (1809-1871) of Cartlow and his wife Athalie (1814-1873), née Fränkel. He was initially educated by private tutors, attended the gymnasium in Anklam, and then studied law at the University of Göttingen, where he was active in the Corps Saxo-Borussia. Later, he worked, among other positions, in the government in Merseburg.
