Adolf Gustav Rupprecht Maximilian Bayrhammer (February 12, 1922 in Munich; April 24, 1993 in Krailling) was a Bavarian folk actor. Bayrhammer wanted to become an actor from a young age, against his father's wishes. He initially attended a business school in Munich. During the war, he served as a radio operator in the Luftwaffe. He spent most of his salary on acting lessons with Heinrich George at the Schillertheater in Berlin, where he eventually graduated successfully before the Reichstheaterkammer. When the theater had to close in 1944, he was engaged by Robert Marencke for the Hoftheater in Sigmaringen, along with his colleague Toni Berger. In 1945, Bayrhammer and Berger performed together on stage for the first time.
