The third volume of the advanced sports course includes essential movement science fundamentals in Part 1 and central sports psychology and socio-political topics in Part 2. In the movement theory section, various perspectives are introduced at the beginning. Subsequently, the content focuses on the significance of motor skills for human development, the biomechanical foundations and principles, movement analysis using movement characteristics, the structure of a movement action, the motor learning process, and sports motor tests. In the sports psychology and socio-political section, the topics of sports and society are addressed, with a focus on the organization of sports in the Federal Republic of Germany and the socialization processes in and through sports, as well as the functions of sports in modern societies.
